| Comments | A very warm growing season. A new virulent strain of crown rust came in early and only 4 entries were resistant. A leaf spotting disease (probably Pyrenophora which is also referred to as Helminthosporium) also did a lot of damage due to a lot of rain at heading. With the low yields and severe lodging, CV was rather high. Grain yield was originally recorded in bu/a and the original data is available in the supplementary raw data files. Plant height was originally recorded in inches and the original data is available in the supplementary data file. Test weight was originally recorded in lb/bu and the original data is available in the supplementary raw data files. |
