CommentsCrown rust was evaluated in Matt Moore buckthorn nusery on the U. Minnesota St. Paul campus. Traditional severity and infection type were rated on 2011/07/12 (T1) and 2011/07/19 (T2). Numeric value available in T3 is a compiled version of T1 and T2 (using T1 score if plant was dead at T2). Whole plant 1-9 rating was done on 2011/07/08 (T1) and 2011/07/18; numeric value in T3 is the T2 rating. Days to heading data can be found in the supplementary raw data file. Crown rust infection type and severity were originally recorded on a qualitative scale (see trait description) and the qualitative data (TrialName_Qualitative.txt) and quantitative data (TrialName.txt) for both time points can be found in the supplementary raw data files. Crown rust severity whole plant ratings, from both time points, can be found in the supplementary raw data files.
