CommentsCrown rust was evaluated in Matt Moore buckthorn nusery on the U. Minnesota St. Paul campus. Rating was done on 2010/06/30 (T1) and 2010/07/07 (T2). Numeric value available in T3 is a compiled version of T1 and T2 (using T1 score if plant was dead at T2). Crown rust infection type and severity were originally recorded on a qualitative scale (see trait description) and the qualitative data (TrialName_Qualitative.txt) and quantitative data (TrialName.txt) for both time points can be found in the supplementary raw data files.
